Gregg Berggren finally fulfilled his lifelong desire
to study martial arts when, at the age of 37, he signed up for
classes at Sierra Jujitsu and Karate with his oldest son, who was
then seven. That was in 1996, and the Martial Arts are now an
important part of his life.
Gregg is married to his wife Lynn, and has three children: Matthew,
Kara, and Christopher. He is the Operations Manager for Federal
Express.
